Scheduled Maintenance Report for Productsup
Completed
All systems are back to normal.

Update
The platform is available again. The data processing queue is still in progress. Starting a site in the platform might have a delay and therefore we're marking data processing as "degraded performance" for now. We're going to update the status when the queue is done. Otherwise everything is operational again. Thank you for your patience while we got that resolved.

Update
Data processing and our Storage for FTP and the destination are back in service since 9:20am CEST. We're waiting on the data processing queue to normalize to enable access to the platform again.

Scheduled
Dear Productsup clients,

we have to set up a scheduled downtime to replace a core component of our infrastructure. One of our core network switches shows an alarm on one of the two power supplies . To further investigate and eventually replace the power supply, we need to shut down the switch. Even if the second power supply is currently working properly we need to replace the faulty one to avoid an unexpected downtime at a later stage.

This downtime affects our main storage which is a core component in our data processing pipeline. We have to stop processing during this downtime and will also shut down access to our platform. Even if the expected downtime is 30 minutes, we are planning to shut down the platform in a window of 1.5 hours to gracefully pause our data processing and to stop directly related services.
All jobs will be queued and processed when the downtime is over and data will be delivered with a maximum delay of 1.5 hours.

Downtime:
Thursday, 9th of July from 8am to 9:30am CEST.

Affected Services:
- Access to Productsup FTP accounts
- Files on destination “Productsup Server” (https://transport.productsup.io)
- Access to the platform user interface
