This incident has been resolved. Data source imports are processing normally again.

Earlier today, some imports experienced longer-than-usual processing times, primarily affecting connections to third-party platforms that were applying API rate limits to incoming requests.

The backlog has now cleared and import times have returned to normal. We have also taken steps to reduce the likelihood of similar delays in the future. Thank you for your patience.

We are currently investigating delays affecting connector runs. Some runs may take longer than usual to start or resume. No data is at risk, and runs will continue to process — they may simply be slower to complete during this period.

Our engineering team is actively working to restore normal processing times. We will provide an update when this happens.
