Resolved

The issue causing unauthorized error responses when accessing the Platform UI has been fully resolved.

Root Cause: We identified a configuration issue within our load balancers that was incorrectly routing authentication requests.

Resolution: The configuration has been corrected, and traffic is flowing normally.

All systems are now fully operational, and data processing remained unaffected throughout the incident. Thank you for your patience as we sorted this out.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue causing "unauthorized" error responses when users attempt to access the Platform user interface.

Current Impact: Users may be unable to log in or view the UI dashboard.

Data Processing: Fully functional and not affected.

Our engineering team is actively working to resolve this. We apologize for the disruption and will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
