Dear Content Portal User,
Today, we are transitioning the content portal to the new, more secure login provider. For security reasons, we cannot migrate your current password to the new provider. As a result, it will no longer be valid when we implement the enhancement.
If you currently have access to the Productsup core platforms, you can use the same email and password as the core platform and you do not need to reset your password.
In case you do not have access to the core platform you will receive a reset password email on the transition date. Note that the password reset link within the email will only be valid for a limited time for security reasons.
Did you miss the email? If you don't receive the email or the link expires before you can use it, don't worry. You can reset your password by selecting the Forgot Password? link on the login page.
