Between 10:21 and 10:28 UTC on June 2, access to Productsup Platform was briefly unavailable for all users. The cause was a short replication pause on a backend database cluster, which delayed authentication requests for about 6 minutes. Service recovered automatically and login is working normally again.

No action is needed on your side. We're reviewing the backend database behaviour to prevent a recurrence.

Identified

The issue proved to be only transitory, and the Platform is working again. We will post a resolution note when the root cause has been identified.

We are currently experiencing issues with the Platform Authentication System. Data Processing is not affected. We are currently investigating the issue, please bear with us in the meantime.
