Scheduled Maintenance Report for Productsup
Update
We are pleased to report that the upgrade to the latest version of our authentication system was successful. However, due to an unexpected compatibility issue, users were logged out of the affected systems by the authentication provider as a precautionary measure.

The platform impacted was our RetailPX solution. We can confirm that no account related data was lost as a result of the logouts. Users simply need to re-login with their existing credentials to regain access.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this unplanned logout. Our team is investigating the root cause of the compatibility issue to prevent recurrence in future upgrades.
