We will be migrating the Data Processing Scheduler service to a newer, more performant platform. This upgrade improves reliability and prepares the service for upcoming features.
**Service impact**
During this window, data processing will be impacted:
- Scheduling of new data processing runs will be paused at the start of the window. - Any data processing run scheduled during the window will not execute until the maintenance is complete. - Runs that are already in progress when the maintenance begins will continue to run, but will eventually be started again automatically after the migration completes.
The rest of the Productsup platform — the User Interface, APIs, and other services — remains fully available throughout.
**After the maintenance**
Once the migration is complete, paused scheduled data processing runs will resume automatically. Your dataflows, schedules, and configurations will be preserved, and no action is required on your side.
**What you need to do**
If you have time-sensitive Data Processing runs scheduled during this window, please plan around it or reach out to your Customer Success Manager to coordinate. No other action is required from your team before, during, or after the maintenance.
